Join OWC Member Darryl Kicul as he leads the class through carving a bark house.
From Darryl: As an artist, I find my deepest connection with natural products—specifically in wood. Working primarily with cottonwood and basswood, I breathe life into whimsical faerie houses and other structures. My sculptures feature towering roofs, a profusion of windows, and intricate staircases and balconies. The inspiration for my art flows directly from the unique shapes of the natural materials I choose to work with.
